About Us
Original Composites and Fibers is a global leader in glass reinforcement solutions for the composites industry. With more than 4,000 employees worldwide, we are committed to redefining what's possible through a performance-driven culture centered on safety, quality, sustainability, inclusiveness, and employee development. Guided by our values of passion, ownership, and team spirit, we work together to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service across the globe.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Information Technology (IT) SAP Supply Chain Professional with strong expertise in one or more of the SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solutions, including Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management, Logistics Execution, Global Trade Services (GTS) and related SAP supply chain technologies within an SAP S/4HANA RISE Cloud Private Edition environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong SAP application knowledge with business process understanding and the ability to guide business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams toward scalable, fit-to-standard, future-ready SAP solutions. This role will help establish consistent global processes across demand planning, supply planning, production planning, warehouse operations, transportation management, inventory management, logistics execution, order fulfillment, and supply chain reporting.
Original Composites & Fiberglass is a business unit of the Praana Group. Original Composites & Fiberglass was recently acquired by the Praana Group. The path ahead will be dynamic, full of change, and expected to be fast paced. The business operates from twenty (20+) locations across the globe. The information technology environment supporting our new company is being built from the ground up in terms of IT infrastructure and applications with the opportunity to leverage new technologies and new ways of thinking as we look to end a transition services agreement associated with the acquisition as soon as possible. Our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) landscape is comprised of multiple instances across the globe. We seek to consolidate and simplify our ERP landscape to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our operations for decades ahead.
All IT team members may be assigned IT Engineering responsibilities, focused on designing, building, and maintaining technology systems that support business operations. These assignments ensure secure connectivity, scalable platforms, and reliable data flow to enable efficient supply chain operations and enterprise-wide digital transformation, especially during the separation from Owens Corning. Roles may be temporary or ongoing and can include direct ownership of IT service delivery.
